1. Will it have online mode/multiplayer?
A/ Not at the moment as there's no games viable for this. The main reason is the limitations of the current engine. In a future, we might implement options like split screen multiplayer. We will tell you about it when these features are ready.
2. Can we burn your games in discs?
A/ It depends on the game. The main format for our games is ".ELF" which can only be readed by the uLaunchELF application. Sadly this can't be burned in a disc. Although recently we discovered a way to convert our games into ".ISO" format, this the original format for PS2 games, if the game you downloaded comes in this format (.ISO) it will be burnable so you can try it on the console.
3. Can games be ported?
A/ Our project currently focuses on creating our own versions of newer games for the console. This means we create the games from scratch without having another game already created as a base. The ports are usually very hard to create, and in many cases, impossible, as the programmers need to know reverse engineering. It's easier to create a game from scratch rather than porting it.
4. Why are the games not working on the emulator?
A/ The games created in PlayLua are made to be tested in an emulator with a specific configuration, which is why it does not work on a regular emulator. Games created in PlayLua are perfectly playable in the console though.
Besides that, our project is focused to people that only have the console. We will eventually solve this problem.
